A lovely charitable and active update:
2025 is a very special year for Hotel Cromwell – we’re proudly celebrating 100 years at the heart of Stevenage’s Old Town! Following our first announcement at the start of the year, we’re thrilled to share even more details about how we plan to mark this incredible milestone.
After months of planning, we’re launching two of the biggest events in our history, and we would love the whole Stevenage community to celebrate with us. After all, it’s the people of Stevenage who have made Hotel Cromwell what it is today!
We’re especially proud to be partnering with Stevenage Community Trust, a fantastic local charity, to ensure that while we celebrate, we’re also giving back to the community that has supported us for a century.
Step Into Our Centenary Celebrations
Our first activity kicks off on 1st May with The Big Company Step Challenge! For 100 days, our dedicated team members will compete to see who can clock up the most steps. Friends and family are getting behind them too, sponsoring their efforts to raise money for the Stevenage Community Trust.
To make it even more special, the owners of Hotel Cromwell will double the amount raised – up to a fantastic £10,000!
Get Ready for a Summer Party Like No Other
Mark your calendars for Saturday 5th July, when we’ll be hosting our vibrant Ibiza Summer Party! From 2:00pm to 7:00pm, our Cromwell Suite and garden will be buzzing with music from SO Discos, live performances by Dom Plays Sax and Ell Bongo, and plenty of summer vibes.
There will be delicious food stalls and several bars to keep everyone refreshed. Tickets are just £10 per person, and children under 12 go free – making it the perfect day out for the whole family!
A Night to Remember: Our 100 Year Anniversary Ball
To close our celebrations in style, join us on Friday 14th November for our most glamorous event yet – the 100 Year Anniversary Ball.
From 6:30pm, enjoy welcome drinks and canapés before sitting down to a luxurious three-course meal. Entertainment on the night includes spectacular performances from The London Belles and the incredible Oliver Thomson.
Tickets are £100 per person, with proceeds once again supporting Stevenage Community Trust.
