Refund Policy

1. General information

Love Stevenage (love Local Group Ltd) provides members with a fair and honest approach regarding refunds. We aim to respect our 14 day money back guarantee in almost all cases unless we feel there is a legal or moral reason not to do so.

When you make purchases on our websites, you automatically agree to this Refund Policy and consent to abide by all of its terms.

2. Refunds within the 14 day guarantee period

Refunds are guaranteed within 14 days of the purchase date, except for specific scenarios mentioned below in Special cases. This is our promise to customers to ensure they are happy with their purchases.

3. Refunds after the 14 day guarantee period

Refunds requested after the 14 day guarantee period will be granted or rejected at our discretion.

A refund on a purchase is not given unless:

a. the warranties given by the author in section 17 of the author terms have been breached;
b. it’s within the 14 day money back guarantee period;
c. it’s granted by UK consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws.

There is generally no obligation to provide a refund for the following situations:

a. you bought a membership by mistake;
b. you have changed your mind about a membership;
c. you are unable to use the membership due to insufficient expertise;

4. Special cases

There may be special cases where we simply cannot provide a refund. Such scenarios include, but not limited to:

a. the customer has used fraudulent account or payment details;
b. the customer owes money for previous purchases;
c. the customer has provided incorrect bank or payment details;
d. the customer has been uncooperative or uncontactable.

We will always do our best to provide refunds if eligible and possible with the details we have. If we do encounter special cases as listed above, we will reach out to the customer for more information in the hopes to remedy the issue.

5. How we issue refunds

If we decide to issue a refund, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. If the item was purchased using a particular payment method you will be refunded using the same payment method in reverse.

6. How to request a refund

Customers can submit a refund request through their account or by contacting us.

Love Stevenage will examine the refund request within five days of the request.
