Stevenage were once again in action last week across the various summer leagues. In the Hitchin Mixed League the club played against Bed By 9 hoping to overtake them in the league and move up the table. Alas it was bed By 9 who came out as victors with a 4-2 win and hence distancing themselves from Stevenage. Stevenage are 6th but will finish no lower than that with one game to go as they have enough points ahead of those below.
In the Letchworth Summer Mixed League Team 2 lost out to Blueharts B by 1-0. Team 3, however, faired better and had a convincing win over All Stars by 4-1
Team 1 will be back in action this week when they face Letchworth Leopards and Team 2 will be back to play Welwyn Garden City. Team 3 will follow up their good win playing Blueharts All Sorts.
