Helping Herts, a charity that supports children and young people across our county, is teaming up with the Stevenage Cycle Hub to bring you The Great Big Cycle for Herts. This special event is for everyone—whether you’re a cycling pro or just starting out. You can choose your own route, distance, and speed, making it perfect for all ages and abilities. Plus, by taking part, you’ll be raising money for Helping Herts and its 12 charity partners, directly benefiting children and young people in Hertfordshire.
Ride Options:
- 45-Mile Guided Group Ride: Join the Stevenage Cycle Hub team for a scenic 45-mile ride through the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. A guide will lead the way, so you can enjoy the journey without worries.
- 45-Mile Self-Guided Ride: Prefer to go at your own pace? Sign up for the self-guided route, grab a map, and complete the ride whenever it suits you.
- 15-Mile Stevenage Heart Ride: Take on a unique heart-shaped route around the outskirts of Stevenage. It’s a shorter ride but still packs a punch for a great cause.
- Junior Fairland Cycle: Perfect for younger cyclists! Enjoy a fun, family-friendly ride around the lake at Fairlands Valley Park.
