The Ingleheim Lounge in Stevenage sparkled with Christmas cheer as the Mayor of Stevenage, Jim Brown, hosted a fabulous Christmas Social Evening. The event brought together locals for a celebration of everything that makes Stevenage special.

With twinkling fairy lights and the scent of mince pies in the air, the evening was a joyful gathering of community spirit. The Mayoress, Penny, was by the Mayor’s side, welcoming guests with her warm smile and festive cheer. Together, they reminded everyone of the fantastic achievements the town has seen this year.

From successful local events to new initiatives that have helped the community, the Mayor praised the people of Stevenage for their hard work, creativity, and resilience. “This evening is all about celebrating us,” said Mayor Jim Brown

The night was filled with laughter, music, and stories about the town’s triumphs. Attendees enjoyed festive snacks, and lively conversations. It was a chance for everyone to relax and reflect on a year of achievements while looking forward to a bright new year ahead.

As the evening came to an end, the Mayor thanked everyone for their contributions to the town’s success. “Together, we’ve accomplished so much, and I can’t wait to see what next year brings!”
