Launch of Music24 Charity EP

Sing Together EP launch Music 24 at Luton Penny Mayoress with Lea (2)

The Mayor of Stevenage recently joined Music24 to celebrate the launch of their brand-new charity EP, Sing Together. The special event brought together supporters, participants, and the local community to mark a milestone for this incredible charity that uses music to make a difference in people’s lives.

The launch took place at a lively gathering where the songs from Sing Together were performed, showcasing the talent and heart of everyone involved. Each track on the EP was created by people supported by Music24, reflecting their stories, emotions, and the power of music to heal and connect.

A Charity Making a Difference

Music24 is a charity that works with people living with dementia, mental health challenges, and other difficult life circumstances. Through music therapy, they create a safe and supportive space where people can express themselves, build confidence, and feel less isolated.

The Mayor praised the charity for its important work, saying, “Music24 is making such a positive impact in our community. Sing Together is a beautiful example of how music can bring people closer and give them a voice.”

A Community Effort

The event wasn’t just about launching the EP – it was also a chance to highlight the teamwork behind the project. Music24 worked with participants and supporters to write, perform, and record the tracks. Many of those involved spoke about how much the project had meant to them, with one participant saying, “It’s amazing to know my voice is part of something that can inspire others.”

Supporting the Cause

Proceeds from Sing Together will go towards funding Music24’s projects, helping them continue their vital work. The EP is available to download or stream, and every listen helps the charity make a difference.

As the event wrapped up, the Mayor congratulated everyone involved and encouraged people in Stevenage to support Music24. “This project is proof that music can change lives,” the Mayor said.
