Simon Jackson from Fairlands Valley Spartans won the Stevenage parkrun in 17 minutes 16 seconds (17:16) and FVS Suzy Hawkins was second woman in 21:54. Grant Ramsay FVS was top ten at 6th in 19:27. There were 438 runners.
Meanwhile Jim Brown and Penny Schenkel were showing off the new FVS running vests in the new kit’s first International outing. They were at the Schoterbos parkrun, Haarlem (Netherlands). Penny finished I. 32:43 and Jim 1st MV70 in 28:04.
