Description

The Kaotic Angel Foundation is a Hertfordshire charity established in 2022 by The Kaotic Angels UK Nomads LEMC motorcycle club, who as well as having a passion for motorbikes, wanted to help prevent, or relieve poverty within the local community. It helps children, young people, schools, the elderly, people with disabilities (both physical and mental) and animals. It also partners with other charities and voluntary bodies. The organisation works hard to address issues that lead to poverty or affect the wellbeing of individuals, especially where there are no other or limited options. The charity’s motto and mission statement is ‘whenever, wherever, however’.

Sadly, homelessness is a reality of life in modern Britain. The pressures of life and the ever increasing cost of living, mean that many individuals don’t see any alternative to life on the streets. We do what we can to help those in this situation. Very often, individuals are unaware of the help available to them, so we provide guidance aimed at getting them back on their feet again. We also give information about our Food Station times and locations and provide assistance with key supplies and provisions. In a nutshell, we help in any way we can help.

The Food Angels is a volunteer/ supporter section of the Kaotic Angel Foundation and operates under the charity’s banner. It organises our regular Food Station projects which take place in Stevenage and Baldock – with more to open soon.

Walk The Bridge started in the USA as a commitment to walking the bridge every month to raise awareness about the epidemic of First Responder and Veteran Suicide. We Walk The Bridge on the third Sunday of every month at Fairlands Valley Park in Stevenage. Our aim is raising awareness of poor mental health that affects so many people and to break the stigma associated with it. Regular physical activity is known to improve mental health, quality of life and wellbeing. Walk The Bridge creates the opportunity to walk with others and get some exercise, whilst chatting with like-minded people who really care. If you, or someone you know, has been impacted by mental illness, join us to help break the stigma. It’s ok not to be ok, but it’s not ok, not to talk about it!
