If you’ve never ridden a bike before or would like to boost your confidence cycling – these courses are for you!
The objectives of these courses are to build confidence in a safe and friendly environment, to encourage adults to take up cycling and to prepare them for the local ride programmes or rides generally.
Adult courses can be mixed or for women only, depending on demand.

All participants will require:
- A bike in ready-to-ride condition (if requested a free bike check can be done in advance), or you can hire one from us at a reduced rate.
- Suitable clothing including; warm kit, gloves, sensible footwear and a showerproof layer. Note that it is wise to avoid baggy clothes that might get caught in mechanical parts.
It will be a series of sessions (4 in this case). They are intended to be bookable as it suits each learner. So effectively a series of drop in sessions for adults and young adults (16+) who wish to learn to ride, or who can ride 100 meters or more but are not confident and would like to develop their skills.
The two instructors will adjust the training sessions to suit the (max 6) learners who have booked so may be working with two groups at different levels.
