Arranging a Will and/or Lasting Powers of Attorney
Appointments are either face to face, or we can conduct the appointment over video call. After visiting clients at home/video call and taking their instructions, a draft Will was emailed or posted for review and approval. Once our client was happy that the Will reflected their wishes the final Will was prepared and posted out for signature. We then check that this had been done correctly.
